A student may be registered for a Course Sharing course if the student has been permitted, as part of the law school’s Course Sharing Agreement with other ABA-accredited law schools, to register for an elective course online offered by another school while paying tuition to Lincoln Memorial University instead of the institution offering the course, consistent with the Course Sharing Agreement. A student may only be registered for Course Sharing with the approval of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs or the Associate Dean for the Part-time/ Hybrid Program.
Students enrolled in this course would receive Experiential Learning credit if the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs determines that the course requirements fulfill the School of Law’s experiential learning requirements. A student may be enrolled in Course Sharing more than once, so long as the Course Sharing topics are substantially different each time. A student may not enroll in more than one Course Sharing course in any semester, and for no more than three credits in any semester.
