- Students may not, at any time while on any property owned, leased, or controlled by the Duncan School of Law, possess or use illicit substances as defined by either the United States Code or the Tennessee Code without a prescription from their doctor.
- Students may not, at any time while on any property owned, leased, or controlled by the Duncan School of Law, possess or consume alcoholic beverages unless approved, in advance, by the Dean.
- Students may not, at any time while on any property owned, leased, or controlled by the Duncan School of Law, carry, traffic, distribute, or manufacture illicit substances as defined by either the United States Code or the Tennessee Code.
- For purposes of this rule, the term “controlled” includes but is not limited to any property where the Duncan School of Law is holding or conducting a School event, whether on or off campus, regardless of who owns the property.
- For purposes of this rule, “property” shall include but is not limited to the interior of a student’s car when the student’s car is located in or on an area owned, leased, or regulated by the Duncan School of Law.
- Students violating this policy will be subject to disciplinary actions up to and including expulsion.
